Who we are

Heidi Larson
Prof Heidi Larson is the Founder and Director of the VCP and IMMS co-Principal Investigator. Heidi is an anthropologist and holds the position of Professor of Anthropology, Risk and Decision Science, LSHTM; Clinical Professor, IHME, University of Washington; Guest Professor at the University of Antwerp, and a Chatham House Centre on Global Health Security Fellow.

Yongjin Choi
Dr. Yongjin Choi is an Assistant Professor at LSHTM. His research integrates advanced statistical modeling, experiments, and social science perspectives to study vaccine hesitancy and health politics, and applies machine learning to large-scale administrative data to develop predictive models of preterm birth.
