Transforming data insights into action for vaccine equity

IMMS integrates behavioural science, data science, and machine learning to develop targeted solutions that address childhood vaccine inequities and help save lives.

Falling vaccination rates have led to outbreaks of preventable diseases worldwide. Alongside challenges in accessing vaccines, growing vaccine hesitancy highlights the need to understand the social and behavioural factors that shape vaccination decision.

IMMS is a four-year initiative funded by the Gates Foundation to investigate the barriers and drivers of vaccination globally. Building on over a decade of Vaccine Confidence Project and LSHTM research, IMMS will provide new data, deep insights, and actionable guidance for policymakers and key stakeholders.
